Comtek’s latest generation of avionics racks are designed and tested to meet the necessary vibration, shock and environmental conditions and perform for the service life of the aircraft. Delivering on the latest FAA requirements with a fully qualified solution, our aviation racks ensure a conductivity of <4.5µΩ between flight critical components and the mating structure, without the need for grounding jumpers.
Finding an alternate or replacement source for avionics racks can be costly, requiring extenisive aircraft level tests or significant redesign of the racking system. Comtek’s innovative and highly conductive replacement panels eliminate these costs by providing exceptional conductivity of <1.5µΩ between the top and bottom skins. This allows for simplified substantiation, and a minimial space envelope to eliminate changes to the racking system.
