We guarantee that we will have your component repaired and ready for delivery by the quoted ship date. If we don’t, we will issue a credit equal to 25% of the repair cost to your account.
The guarantee is completely hassle-free; no action is required on your behalf. If we miss the date, we will let you know and apply the credit that can be used on your next order.
